It has been raining here for the past 3 days practically continuously. All of the rain has kept absolutely everyone in the neighborhood inside. I’ve spent lots of my time sleeping (why does rain make people so sleepy?) On the other hand waking up to rain has produced me stop and appreciate how much it alterations and renews the planet around us. We won’t water our lawn here in Florida. Though we do hold some flower pots and other plants watered the whole lawn has usually had to fend for itself.
